What do we do with the food to make them delicious, smells good and prevent them from rotting quickly?
We refined them by coloring them, putting spices, scrambled, preserved, canned, bottled, boiled, salted, frozen, and many other more procedures.
What will be the effect of these procedures?
In aiming to make the food better than what nature gave us, the end result is poisonous. With chemicals and lack of sustainable minerals and vitamins… or a food palatable to our tastes, eyes, and noses but rob of its essence to give life, sustainable to keep us healthy. We all know we can’t change how the nature prepares our food in doing so, we in our times added a new way of preparing it thus, adding materials in which we don’t need.
In this manner, our health is being jeopardize. People are not taught about the proper way of preparing healthy food. More so, we are getting sick because of our ignorance. The types of food we are buying from groceries or stores might be the reason of it. We are not too concern from the composition of the food we are buying. We don’t think that this food will be in our blood vessels, tissues and cells.
We don’t care enough that all of it will be in our system.
There are some diseases known caused by improper diet. These diseases are common from USA and EUROPE than in any other place. The food in this place are too much artificial and the way of life is very busy and hectic.
Sample of this diseases are Anemia, Appendicitis, arthritis, cancer, colitis, diabetes, heart failure, rheumatism, ulcer and many more.
