The initial thing to do is to make our stomach healthy because it is where our life is. Anything that passes through our tummy, be it nutritious or poisonous it will be in our blood for sure. Because of this, a person who doesn’t eat healthy food will not attain good health. To have a healthy tummy, we must have a very good taste for it. A taste who lack perspective and discipline is unhealthy. Most people now a days are obsessed or has an extreme fondness in food which can destroy and poison our taste buds. Example of these are; chilli, vinegar, spices, condiments, mustard, coffee, soft drinks or carbonated drinks, tea, chocolates, salted meat and fish, canned goods, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oily and fried food, baking powder, tobacco, chewing gum, food made of white flour, and white sugar.
This program about health will not only extend our life but it will help us maintain quality . Let us begin in clean body. A clean body in which it is free of radicals and free from poisonous materials due to unhealthy food. We must sustain our body specially the weaker parts of a well balance diet.
